Dental Sedation

We use inhalation sedation (using nitrous-oxide-oxygen) and oral sedation methods to ease mild to moderate anxiety. You won’t even remember undergoing the procedure! Strict Infection Control and Sterilization Procedures

Our dental centre is in compliance with the CDA (Canadian Dental Association) and CDSBC (College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia) safety procedures, including the use of gloves and face mask, disinfectant hand soap, chemical disinfectants for countertops and surfaces, and disposable materials. All our instruments are tightly in dental cassettes and will be opened in front of you to ensure sterility. For reusable equipment like dental handpieces, we sterilize them using an autoclave, a dental tool that kills viruses and bacteria using heat, steam, and pressure.
Insurance
Because we promote comfort and convenience at EXUDE, our staff will help you take advantage of your dental insurance plan, enabling you to use it as easy and as effortlessly as possible. Whatever insurance company you and your family use, all insurances follow the fee guide set by the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia (CDSBC).
Different insurance plans cover different amounts and procedures. We encourage you to know the complete coverage of your dental plan so you will be aware of the portions of your costs. Moreover, for expensive and/or complex dental treatment, it is best to discuss your options with us to help you make an informed decision based on the urgency of the procedure. It is very important to understand any health risks associated with postponing treatment or refusing any procedure due to specific dental insurance limitations.

Dental Payment Options
At EXUDE, we aim to make payment as easy and as convenient as possible. We will directly bill your dental insurance company on your behalf. However, for the patient’s portion, you can pay using various payment options including Visa, MasterCard, cash, debit card, or a personal cheque. You may ask us for a quote before undergoing a specific procedure to give you an idea of how much to prepare.
Healthy Kids Program
EXUDE supports various programs from the Ministry of British Columbia that offer advantages to children and PWDs. The BC Healthy Kids Program offers financial assistance to low-income families for basic dental care. For more information on healthy kids and Ministry of BC, simply provide your care card number to our receptionist and we would be happy to check your family’s coverage.
Accessibility
Our dental centre is conveniently located along King George Boulevard with several bus stops and ample parking spaces. It is situated in a complex with medical clinics, pharmacy, and a physiotherapy center, making it a one-stop shop for your medical and dental needs. We are open from Tuesdays to Sundays, with the following schedule:
